Services · New Construction

Windows, doors, skylights, and hardware for homes built from the ground up.

For custom homes across Greater St. Louis, Missouri, and the Midwest, we help builders, architects, designers, and homeowners coordinate the product package from early design through delivery, installation, and final detail.

Overview

The best product decisions happen before the walls go up.

New construction gives every detail a chance to be intentional. Sightlines can be planned. Door swings can be coordinated. Hardware can be selected before prep decisions are made. Lead times can be aligned before the schedule is tight.
We work best when we are brought in early, during schematic design or design development, when product options can still support the architecture, the budget, and the construction sequence. From there, we help shape a complete package across windows, doors, skylights, and hardware, so the project moves as one coordinated system instead of a series of disconnected selections.

What’s included

How we support new construction projects.

01

Early Design Assist

Brought in during schematic design or design development, we help align product options with the architecture, budget, performance goals, and construction timeline before decisions harden.

02

Full-package specification

Windows, exterior doors, interior doors, skylights, hardware, finishes, and glass options are coordinated together so the package feels intentional from the first opening to the last detail.

03

Lead time planning

We map product lead times against the build schedule, helping the builder understand what needs to be selected, quoted, approved, and released before it affects the framing-to-finish sequence.

04

Showroom support for the homeowner

When decisions need to be seen and felt in person, we host showroom visits with the homeowner, builder, architect, or designer so materials, profiles, finishes, and hardware can be compared at full scale.

05

Submittals & documentation

Shop drawings, product cut sheets, finish samples, hardware schedules, and supporting documentation are organized for the design and construction teams.

06

Delivery & Installation support

We coordinate delivery around site readiness and construction sequencing. When installation is part of the scope, crews familiar with the products help carry the package through the field.
