Because we are an independent distributor, we are not locked into a single product line. That flexibility matters when the budget shifts, lead times move, details change, or the original specification needs a better fit.
Sometimes the answer is a premium wood and clad package. Sometimes it is a value-engineered alternate. Sometimes steel-look aluminum gives the design team the right profile without taking on the cost or complexity of true steel. Our role is to protect the design intent while helping the project land in the real world.
You’re not locked into a single manufacturer’s catalog. If Loewen is the right answer, we’ll spec Loewen. If Windsor delivers the same look at significantly less, we’ll say so. The goal is the project, not the brand on the order.

Plan review & takeoffs
Send plans early or late. We review openings, schedules, product fit, conflicts, and scope needs, then organize takeoffs for pricing, budgeting, or specification.

We recommend products based on the project, not a single catalog. That includes knowing when to choose premium wood, clad, steel, aluminum, storm protection, interior doors, or architectural hardware.

Value engineering
When budgets tighten or lead times shift, we can propose alternates that hold the design intent while creating a better path on price, timing, or availability.

Specifications & submittals
Manufacturer cut sheets, finish samples, hardware schedules, opening schedules, shop drawings, and historic documentation where the project requires it.

Showroom support for clients
Send clients to us for guided selection. We help them compare the specified options, answer product questions, and keep the conversation aligned with the design direction.

Delivery & coordination
We coordinate release timing, delivery windows, and site needs with the team that specified the package.
