Service Area
Rooted in Webster Groves. Trusted across the region.
Our showroom and shop are in Historic Downtown Webster Groves, but our work travels with the right projects: custom homes, historic renovations, commercial scopes, and builder or architect-led work across Greater St. Louis, Missouri, Illinois, and across the Midwest.
Where we work
Local by nature. Regional when the project calls for it.
Most of our work begins in the St. Louis region, where our team knows the homes, neighborhoods, historic districts, builders, architects, and product needs that shape the work.
But premium windows, doors, skylights, and hardware are not limited by county lines. For the right project, we support builders, architects, designers, and homeowners beyond St. Louis, including larger custom homes, lake properties, commercial work, historic renovations, and full product packages that benefit from our showroom, manufacturer relationships, and project coordination.
The areas below are a guide, not a boundary. If your project is nearby, regional, or a little outside the list, reach out and we’ll talk through what makes sense.

Project by Project
Some projects are worth the drive.
We evaluate regional work based on the scope, product needs, timing, and level of support required. The best fit is usually a project where our product knowledge, showroom, manufacturer relationships, and coordination can make a real difference.
Custom Residential
Full-home window and door packages, specialty openings, patio systems, entry doors, interior doors, hardware, and skylights.
Historic Renovation
Projects where profiles, materials, sightlines, divided lite patterns, and approval documentation need careful attention.
Builder & Architect-Led Work
Plan review, takeoffs, specifications, showroom visits, product comparisons, ordering, and delivery coordination.
Commercial & Multifamily
Larger packages that require organized quoting, product coordination, manufacturer communication, and schedule awareness.
Lake Homes & Second Homes
Project support for homeowners and builders working outside the immediate St. Louis area, especially where selections need to be made efficiently and correctly.
Common questions
Good to know.
What areas do you serve?
St. Louis city and county, St. Charles County, and communities including Ladue, Clayton, Kirkwood, Webster Groves, Frontenac, and Town and Country, out to Lake of the Ozarks.
Do you take projects outside the St. Louis metro?
Yes, for the right project. We regularly support homeowners, builders, and architects across the region, including lake homes and second homes at Lake of the Ozarks.
Can you work with my builder or architect?
Absolutely. We partner with builders and architects on plan review, takeoffs, specifications, product selection, and delivery coordination across Missouri and the Midwest.
