Four ways to bring daylight in.

Fixed skylights
Fixed skylights bring in natural light without ventilation. They are a clean, efficient option for rooms where daylight is the priority and airflow is not needed.

Venting skylights
Venting skylights bring in daylight and fresh air. They are especially useful in kitchens, baths, and upper-level spaces where heat, humidity, or air movement can make a difference.
iii.
Solar-powered
Solar-powered skylights offer daylight, ventilation, and convenience without requiring a traditional electrical run. Many models include automatic rain-sensing close features and integrated controls.
iv.
Sun tunnels
For interior spaces where a full skylight isn’t feasible: closets, baths, hallways. A small ceiling lens delivers surprising amounts of natural light from above.
When to use a skylight
Daylight is a design tool. Use it where it matters most.
Kitchens. Especially galley kitchens or kitchens with a single exterior window. A skylight transforms the work surface.
Primary baths. Where privacy and natural light usually compete. A skylight gives you both.
Stair landings. The space your eye sees as you arrive home. Daylight here is the first impression.
Additions and rear extensions. Where a flat or low-slope roof creates a natural opportunity for overhead glazing.
Existing skylight replacement. If yours is 20+ years old, the seals are likely failing. Replacement is often cleaner than reseal.

What skylight brand do you install?

Will a skylight leak?
A properly installed skylight with the correct flashing kit is highly reliable. We install to manufacturer specification with the matched flashing for your roof type, which is what the warranty depends on.
Can skylights be added to an existing roof?
In most cases, yes. We assess the roof structure, framing, and interior ceiling path, then recommend the right model and placement.
