This policy explains what information Webster Window and Door collects when you use websterwindowanddoor.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a family-run window and door dealer at 55 Lincoln St., Webster Groves, MO 63119. The short version: we collect what we need to answer your inquiry and run your project, we use standard analytics to understand how the site is used, and we do not sell personal information.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you use the contact form, you give us your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write or attach, such as photos or plans. When you apply for a job, you give us your name, email address, phone number, a resume, and a note. When you call, email, or visit the showroom, we keep the notes we need to help with your project.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to learn how the site is used: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located based on IP address, what device and browser they use, which site referred them, and how they interact with pages. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymized session replays and heatmaps and masks text typed into forms. When we run advertising on platforms such as Meta, those platforms may set cookies to measure whether an ad led to a visit.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and coordinate delivery, installation, and warranty service on your project.
• To consider your application when you apply for a position.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To measure whether our advertising is working.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the companies that help us run the site and the business, and only as needed for that purpose: GoDaddy, which hosts the site; Google, for analytics, tag management, and search tools; Microsoft, for Clarity and for our email; Meta, for advertising measurement; and the manufacturers we order from, who receive the project details needed to build and deliver your order. We will also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them. To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Microsoft describes how Clarity handles data in its privacy statement. Ad measurement can be controlled in your settings on the advertising platform. The site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

How long we keep it

We keep project records for as long as you own the windows and doors we supplied, because that is how we can service them years later. Inquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as they are useful to answer you. Job applications are kept while we are considering candidates for the role, then deleted.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, access to submitted information is limited to the people who need it, and we keep our hosting and software current. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Links to other sites

We link to manufacturer sites and other third parties. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the update here with a new effective date.
