How soon will you respond to an inquiry?
We follow up on project inquiries promptly during showroom hours (Monday-Friday 8-5, Saturday 9-12). For the fastest response, call us at (314) 699-9872.
Can I send photos and plans with my inquiry?
Yes. Our project inquiry form accepts attachments, so you can send photos, plans, and inspiration images with your message, it helps us give you a more useful first response.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome during showroom hours. For a focused planning session with product samples set out for your project, call ahead and we'll have everything ready.

The showroom is open Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturday 9 am to noon. We’ll have coffee and product samples ready.
